NEW! Lunch
Hour Yoga: Yoga and
breathing/relaxation for all levels. This lunch hour yoga class is
designed for busy professionals. However, it is also great for busy
people who want to add a quick work-out to their day, as well as anyone
who wants to take a breather from the rest of their day! Take 45
minutes out of your day to stretch, unwind, and de-stress. Don’t go out
and eat fast-food at lunch! Come to Firehouse for something better!
VINYASA Level I -
For all levels a MUST FOR BEGINNERS
The place to begin. Discover & develop your strength, flexibility,
alignment and form.
Learn the yogic breathing system called the ujjayi breath, and how it
applies to
stability and recycling of energies. De-stress and build core power.
VINYASA Level II -
For all levels after a few vinyasa basics sessions.
A flowing blend of Hatha yoga postures united in movement with dynamic
breath
work. Challenging yet accessible for anyone with a passion for radiant
health.
Anything but mundane! A sweet & sweaty ride to brighten your spirit,
heart, & body.
GENTLE YOGA - A
restorative practice for those who don’t wish to downward dog it
Mindfulness, stretching, breathing, being. We will explore the power
of conscious breathing and how it relates directly to your healthy,
efficient, poised body system. No previous experience is necessary and
is open to anyone (boys & girls alike!) who has a heart felt interest in
feeling great! Please consult your physician if you have recently had
surgery or any other major health event (child birth, injury, major
trauma). This restorative practice is brilliant gift for every body
including athletes, generals, and social butterflies, and anyone over
the voter age limit. Great for ALL levels.
Class Etiquette -

BE ON TIME!
If it's your first time to Firehouse, please show up 10-15 minutes
early to fill out information and a waiver.

TURN OFF CELL PHONES, or leave them in your car.

Wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. Remember, the closer
fitting the clothing, the better the instructor can see your
alignment.

Try not to eat anything very heavy for 2-3 hours before class.

Refrain from wearing perfume or cologne.

If you use one of the studio mats, take a minute after class to
clean mat with provided wipes/spray.

may affect your practice.
